Service Description

Take on our small cave network and explore the opportunities that caving can have. A safe environment to test out your skills with qualified instructors. A fantastic activity for 8 years plus. A great way to build confidence in your ability to navigate in the dark and perfect for inspiring the young and old explorer. You will be provided with a helmet and head torch before being led to the entrance to start your activity. ## IMPORTANT NOTE PLEASE READ ## PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A REQUEST AND UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EOLA CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU WILL NOT BE BOOKED IN. When filling out the form, please provide 'NAME, INDIVIDUAL EMAIL ADDRESS(ES), and YOUR CONTACT NUMBER' of all your participants so we can send you all the online waiver to sign. We require everyone to sign in through our online waiver which is sent to individual email addresses via our eola.co booking system. All contact information is required, but will never be sold on or given to any other third party company in accordance with GDPR and our data protection policies. Failure to comply will delay your booking in process. Y You will receive a secondary 'official' confirmation email from Eola.co Please note that we will need to send each person participating, the online waiver to be completed before arriving for your session. We are sorry for any inconvenience as we are trying to go 100% paperless to reduce the possible risk of spreading viruses. If you have already purchased or been gifted a gift voucher(s) from another website or seller, please follow the instructions in the fine print and send us the: - PIN CODE and SERIAL NUMBER - Buy a Gift, red letter days, smartbox - SECURITY CODE - Groupon - 10 DIGITAL NUMBER intotheblue - Other: depending on your voucher fine print. If you provide us with the incorrect information, you will delay your booking process until this is rectified. Once we have received your voucher information and we will redeemed it and send you a secondary confirmation email to secure your booking and for you to complete our online waiver. These will be sent to the individual email addresses if you're in a group. Please note that we are a third party service provider and therefore any issues you may have with your voucher, please contact the company of which you purchased the voucher from. Thank you

Cancellation Policy

To cancel and/ or to reschedule. Please contact us 48 hours before your session date.Any cancelled session made by us will be rescheduled to another date and time. We reserve the right to cancel on the day if the conditions are too poor to continue. For extreme weather conditions: We will contact you in case of adverse weather or inadequate conditions – once a session is booked, presume it will go ahead unless we contact you. We will always check the weather leading up to your session. If using vouchers, we will only reschedule the session if we have been given advance notice a minimum 48 hours or if we contact you first. If you cancelled on the day, I'm afraid you will lose your activity slot and your voucher. If you have any questions, please do note hesitate and contact us. Thank you Covid-19.
